Plans count the projects you are working on. A project you set aside, between two phases of a client’s work, can go on standby: its comments stay, and can still be answered and resolved, but it takes no new ones and frees its place. Bring it back whenever there is room, as often as you like.
Comments, their screenshots and the file and line they point to, for your plan’s comment history. Older comments are deleted with their screenshots.
